Tuyển dụng Compliance Senior Executive tại Hồ Chí Minh

Advise on and review internal regulations on credit-granting activities and other internal regulations to ensure compliance with the Company's rules and applicable laws.
Update and disseminate new legal documents related to the Company's operations.
Prepare, or coordinate with other departments to prepare, periodic/ad-hoc reports as required by the State Bank of Vietnam and applicable laws.
Develop training programs and internal regulations on anti-money laundering.
Provide legal advice as requested by other departments.
Review, assess, and report compliance violations within the Company.
Provide comments, or coordinate with other departments to provide comments, on draft legal documents affecting the Company's operations.
Draft the Company's internal documents (meeting minutes, resolutions, directives, etc.).
Manage the Company's licenses and legal documents.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Education / Certification
College/Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or internal control.
Experience at a bank, finance company, or credit institution is preferred.
Experience reviewing/developing internal regulations and preparing compliance reports.
Experience in anti-money laundering is an advantage.
