Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Update Vietnam regulations and monitor factory compliance with Vietnam laws and customer Code of Conduct requirements

• Possess strong knowledge of Buyer Code of Conduct such as PVH, Ralph Lauren, Better Work, Higg FEM, FDM, GSV, etc.

• Have strong understanding of CSR systems, Vietnam Labor Code, environmental requirements, and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields

• Experience in Compliance/CSR within garment manufacturing companies

• Requires 5 years of experience

• Strong understanding of international audit standards and buyer requirements

• Experience working for Better Work is a plus

• Good analytical, evaluation, and training skills

• Good English communication skills, especially for working with customers and auditors
