HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory

• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; develop compensation strategies for employees

• Conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews

• Provide support and guidance to HR staff

• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution

• Ensure the organization’s compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations

• Design and implement employee retention strategies

• Identify and bring up talent

• Provide proper and professional HR service to employees (from entrance to exit)

• Build up the professional working culture

• Work with management to define company structure and future talents

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

• Requires 5 years of experience

• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and HR practices

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English is preferred

Working Location: Bac Giang, Vietnam (company provide accommodation if the candidate needs to relocate or can sit in Hanoi office and travel to the factory at least 3-4times a week )
