Color Commercial Technical Support Manager, North Area

1. Regional Poultry Health Management

• Monitor flock health status, mortality trends, and disease risks across all assigned farms in the region.

• Ensure early detection, reporting, and response to disease outbreaks or abnormal flock conditions.

• Implement regional disease prevention plans in line with company strategy.

• Coordinate sampling, laboratory diagnosis, and corrective actions when required.

2. Technical Farm Performance Management

• Drive achievement of regional production targets including mortality, FCR, body weight, livability, uniformity, and harvest readiness.

• Analyze farm performance data and identify underperforming farms.

• Develop and monitor corrective action plans to improve farm results.

• Standardize best management practices across regional farms.

3. Vaccination & Medication Program Management

• Design and continuously improve vaccination programs for commercial colorbird flocks.

• Develop suitable and cost-effective antibiotic, disinfectant, and medication usage programs, including product selection, dosage, timing, and compliance.

• Monitor vaccination quality, vaccine handling, storage, and field execution effectiveness.

• Ensure responsible antimicrobial usage in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Technical Farm Performance Support

• Ensure farms achieve performance targets in mortality, body weight, FCR, livability, uniformity, and harvest readiness.

• Provide technical guidance on brooding, ventilation, stocking density, feeding programs, water management, litter quality, and flock handling.

• Analyze production data and identify performance gaps with corrective action plans.

• Standardize technical best practices across all contract farms.

5. Biosecurity & Compliance

• Implement and audit biosecurity programs across all colorbird farms.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, animal welfare standards, and legal requirements.

• Lead corrective actions for non-compliance cases.

6. Cross Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Commercial Production, Chick in, Feedmill, Harvesting, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.

• Support smooth chick placement, feed supply, flock movement, and harvesting plans.

• Align technical actions with commercial production targets.

7. Cost Efficiency & Profitability

• Control technical-related costs including medication, vaccines, health interventions, and farm support resources.

• Improve farm profitability through better flock performance and lower losses.

• Support technical budgeting and cost review processes.

8. Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Support Supervisors / Staffs

• Set team KPIs and monitor execution quality.

• Build strong technical capability and succession pipeline.

9. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports.

• Present disease trends, farm performance, and risk updates to management.

• Drive continuous improvement projects across colorbird operations
