Accounting Manager for Food Business

MAIN DUTIES :

1. Overall Management of Go Direct Accounting System:

- Direct, supervise, and control all accounting activities across all sub-units (CHG, HOG, SSH, SHS, SHBP, FBP, PSH, BD3...) in both North and South regions..

- Approve internal accounting guidelines and workflows tailored for the Go Direct division.

2. Control Management Reports & Costing:

- Review and evaluate periodic reports (FRP, KPI, production reports, inventory reports...) submitted by subordinates before sending them to Head Office (HO).

- Validate production costing methodologies to ensure they reflect actual production status.

3. Statutory, Tax, and Audit Risk Management:

- Direct the preparation for and lead direct workings/explanations with External Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Tax Authorities (If request).

- Keep updated with accounting rules and tax laws to adjust internal operations dynamically.

4. Strategic Advisory for Executive Management:

- Aggregate data, analyze trends of cost and revenue, and provide early financial warnings to the Chief Accountant and BOM/BOD.

- Participate in constructing the annual financial budget for the Go Direct division.

5. Team Development & Other Tasks:

- Evaluate performance, structure, and train the talent pipeline (Assistant Managers, Supervisors).

- Execute other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant and FCB.

KNOWLEGGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCED NEEDED:

- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of solid experience in the accounting field, with at least 2-3 years in a similar managerial position (e.g., Branch Chief Accountant, Accounting Team Leader, Accounting Manager) within large-scale companies or multi-branch manufacturing/retail chains.

- Skills:

+ Strong leadership, team management, and team-building skills.

+ Strategic thinking, strong observation, data synthesis, and advanced financial analysis skills.

+ Great self-taught learning skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.

+ High capability to communicate, negotiate, and coordinate cross-functionally under high pressure.

+ Good English and experienced in meat processing.

RELEVANT COMPETENCIES:

- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), Accounting Rules, and current Tax Laws.

- Strong capability in building and controlling complex production costing methods.

- High sense of responsibility, ready to learn, and consistently improve professional major levels to catch up with business growth
