We are seeking a CNS Project Management Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of CNS/ATC (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance / Air Traffic Control) systems implementation at the Gia Binh International Airport. This role acts as a central coordination point for internal and external project stakeholders — ensuring schedules, quality processes, documentation, and communication all support timely and compliant project delivery.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. PMO & Internal Coordination

• Perform PMO activities in support of the CNS project team, including maintaining the project action/decision log, risk and issue register, and status reporting (dashboards).

• Liaise among internal team members and departments, including design, contracts, and finance disciplines, to align activities.

• Act as a coordination point for project status, decisions, and action items.

2. Schedule Management

• Follow up and maintain the Detailed Project Schedules for CNS systems.

• Track and reflect schedule dependencies and related interface points.

• Identify schedule risks and delays and address proactively.

3. Quality Coordination

• Coordinate QA/QC processes for the implementation of CNS/ATC systems.

• Support the Project Quality Department in monitoring compliance with quality standards, procedures, and project requirements.

• Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions.

4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Manage communication and reporting with project stakeholders, including relevant authorities.

• Prepare and consolidate project status reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates for stakeholders and management.

5. Documentation Management & Handover Support

• Track, collect, and maintain project documentation in an organized and accessible manner, ensuring it is complete, up to date, and readily available for audits, reviews, or handover purposes.

• Support the handover process for CNS systems implementation to the final end user (government/operating authority), including coordination and sign-off activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, ICT, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in similar projects, covering design, implementation, coordination, and management delivery within Telecom or Transport Infrastructure sectors.

• Prior experience in Telecommunications, ICT, and Transport Infrastructure fields.

• Experience participating in public-interest or government investment projects.

• Demonstrated project management experience, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Quality control/quality assurance experience within an engineering or infrastructure project environment.

• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with experience reporting to stakeholders and authorities.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Vietnamese native speaker required.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with transport infrastructure projects specifically.

• Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

• Experience supporting system handover to government or public-sector users.
