Cloud Engineer (Fresher)

You will join the Cloud & IT Operations Team — responsible for operating multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), campus IT infrastructure, and digital education services. Cloud & Access Management
Support IAM and access control operations across Google Workspace and AWS, guided by senior engineers.
Assist with security monitoring, cloud cost controls, and basic automation tasks on AWS.
Learn and apply IAM and SSO (SAML/OIDC) best practices across multi-cloud environments.
Education Platform & Google Workspace
Assist in administering Google Workspace for Education: user lifecycle, security settings, and Classroom operations.
Support integration of education platforms (LMS/SIS) using SSO and standard APIs, with team guidance.
Network & Infrastructure
Support campus network configuration and operations (Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN, security) under direct supervision.
Monitor systems, assist with incident response, and support backup, DR, and compliance activities per SLA.
Document and Reporting
Maintain and update SOPs and runbooks — a core skill you will be trained on from day one.
Contribute to monthly operational reports alongside the team
Required:
Graduated or graduating in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent
Basic understanding of cloud computing (AWS, GCP or Azure) — even with limited hands-on experience
Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP
English proficiency for reading technical documentation (fluent speaking not required)
Nice to Have:
Has used Google Workspace Admin Console or AWS Console, even in a lab or sandbox environment.
Holds AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, or an equivalent entry-level cert.
Basic exposure to Terraform, IaC, or automation scripting (Bash/Python).
Familiarity with LMS, SIS, or digital education systems.
