Chuyên Viên Social Video - Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and energetic
Content Creator to join our Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, loves storytelling, and is always the first to spot emerging trends.

What You'll Do
Create Engaging Content
Develop creative content ideas for Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and other relevant platforms.
Produce short-form videos, social posts, captions, memes, and trend-driven content that connect with our customers.
Transform product features, promotions, and shopping experiences into entertaining and relatable stories.
Write engaging hooks, captions, and copy that capture attention and encourage interaction.
Stay on Top of Trends
Monitor social media trends, consumer conversations, and cultural moments.
Identify opportunities to leverage trends in ways that are relevant to the brand.
Continuously bring fresh ideas and innovative content formats to the team.
Content Production
Participate in content planning, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
Visit stores, events, and activation activities to capture real-time content.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders to create compelling content.
Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, including flyers, posters, POSM, standees, banners, digital assets, and other communication materials.
Be comfortable appearing on camera when required.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
Experience creating content for retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands is a strong advantage.
Experience working with agencies or retail environments is preferred.
A portfolio showcasing social content, videos, campaigns, or creative projects is highly encouraged.
