Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test coverage plans
Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and automated scripts
Execute manual and automated tests and report results clearly
Lead test plan/case reviews with cross-functional teams
Identify, escalate, and track quality issues through to resolution
Isolate, replicate, and report defects — and verify fixes are effective
Yêu cầu:
2+ years in QA/QC, with e-commerce, mobile, or B2B2C experience
Hands-on API testing experience (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)
Comfortable with SQL queries for data validation
Familiar with Agile/Scrum workflows
Proficient in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to support testing workflows and boost productivity
Automation experience is a strong plus
Good communication skills in English
Self-motivated, independent, and eager to keep learning
