Theo dõi quá trình thông quan và trực tiếp xử lý các trường hợp luồng Vàng/Đỏ, kiểm hóa và các vấn đề phát sinh.
Monitor customs clearance and directly handle Yellow/Red Channel shipments, physical inspections, and arising issues.
Tư vấn khách hàng về thủ tục hải quan, giấy phép, kiểm tra chuyên ngành và các quy định xuất nhập khẩu.
Advise customers on customs procedures, permits, specialized inspections, and import/export regulations.

Hỗ trợ xây dựng/cải tiến SOP và hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên Customs ít kinh nghiệm hơn.
Support SOP/process improvements and provide technical guidance to junior Customs staff.
Yêu cầu:
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Logistics, Xuất nhập khẩu, Ngoại thương, Hải quan hoặc ngành liên quan.
College/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Customs, or related fields.
Có 5–10 năm kinh nghiệm về thủ tục và khai báo hải quan, ưu tiên tại công ty Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
5–10 years of experience in customs clearance/declaration, preferably in Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
Am hiểu HS Code, C/O, FTA, trị giá hải quan, thuế xuất nhập khẩu và chính sách mặt hàng.
Strong knowledge of HS Codes, C/O, FTAs, customs valuation, import/export duties, and commodity policies.
Thành thạo VNACCS/VCIS và phần mềm khai báo hải quan.
Proficient in VNACCS/VCIS and customs declaration software.
Có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp xử lý các vấn đề hải quan phức tạp và làm việc với cơ quan Hải quan.
Hands-on experience in resolving complex customs issues and working with Customs Authorities.
Kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý vấn đề và giao tiếp tốt; có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu áp lực.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently under pressure.
Tiếng anh giao tiếp khá.
