We are currently looking for a Chinese-speaking website content editor intern to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Duration: 4 months
Working Mode: Hybrid | Full-time
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Content editing & Website management
Manage and edit Chinese-language content across the Company’s multilingual website system.
Translate blog articles, PR materials, marketing content, and other business communications into Chinese from English source materials.
Proofread and review existing Chinese translations to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, natural readability, and cultural appropriateness.
Maintain high editorial standards and ensure all published content aligns with the Company’s brand voice and quality requirements.
2. Marketing & Digital marketing support
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and localize Chinese-language content for content marketing and digital marketing campaigns.
Support the implementation of marketing initiatives targeting Chinese-speaking audiences across various digital platforms.
3. Other duties
Perform Chinese language-related assignments to support the Company’s business development activities.
Assist in market research, industry analysis, and customer insights related to the China market.
Support the expansion of the Company’s Chinese-speaking client base.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Third- or fourth-year university students or fresh graduates majoring in Chinese Language, Chinese Studies, Translation & Interpretation, Chinese Language Education, or other related disciplines.
- Chinese language proficiency equivalent to HSK Level 4–5 or above.
- Strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; clear and standard Mandarin pronunciation is an advantage.
- Excellent written Chinese with strong attention to grammar, style, and detail.
- Passionate about language, communication, education, and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese typing and language-reference tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 36 working hours per week throughout the internship.
