We are now seeking members to join our team as Paralegal Interns in Ho Chi Minh City.
Duration: 4 months – Full-time
Working mode: Remote
Work location: Working From Home and locations around Ho Chi Minh City according to work requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research laws and regulations on FDI and related subjects for clients' case studies and projects.
- Assist in the preparation of content, inputs and materials based on the legal research required.
- Prepare and submit the required documents to secure the approval and licensure of a foreign-invested company in Vietnam
- Liaise with authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on the client’s behalf
- Represent the Company to work directly with clients in HCMC upon their arrival and/or work with relevant stakeholders such as commercial banks and relevant state agencies, etc.
- Collaborate with the Global Business Team in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore to handle clients' queries and participate in their monthly outreach campaigns and the like
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the seniors
Yêu cầu công việc
- Students studying in the 3rd or 4th year or fresh graduates from university, majoring in Law.
- Good research and analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Having client-facing experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Proactiveness and a cross-cultural mindset
