- Perform accounting tasks in compliance with Vietnamese laws and tax regulations; prepare accounting vouchers, ledgers, financial statements, and tax declarations.
- Develop accounting information and reporting systems to meet business requirements, annual budgeting needs, and other management objectives.
- Manage the company's accounting system, ledgers, invoices, and related documentation.
- Assist management in compiling and analyzing costs, and provide the necessary accounting data to support the proposal of appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and submit financial statements; provide and explain documentation and data as required by tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other relevant parties.
- Handle tasks such as tax finalization, VAT refunds, and other related accounting activities as necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Banking.
- Chief Accountant Certificate holder.
- English: Intermediate level (good communication in English).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
- Experience in general accounting, tax accounting, cost accounting, and international payment operations.
- Experience preparing documentation for Personal Income Tax and Corporate Income Tax finalization.
- Experience preparing tax reports for expatriates and Contractor Tax.
- Experience preparing proposals and documentation for VAT refund audits.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and to manage cash flow.
