Chief Accountant

These description below will include main company (using FMS Logistics ERP system)

*Yearly:

- Tax finalization: checking CIT, PIT finalization as well as payment request made from Accounting members

- VAT refund: yearly make VAT refund. Normally refund period will be 01 Jan to 31 Dec

- Audit report, Transfer price report: coporate with Auditing firm to make with good audit opinion.

- Yealy transfer profit to Mother Company (normally April of year)

- Make VAT declaration and submit to tax office.

- Check PIT, FCT,...declaration and approve to Accounting members

- Directly check and approve payment to Vietnam tax bugdet (PIT, VAT, FCT,...)

- Result report (deadline 10th of next month)

- Approve payment procedure through E-count system (Salary, office renting fee, other...)

- Check and close Monthly Performance on Logistics ERP system (deadline 10th of next month)

- Make Balance sheet (compare reasonableness between Balance sheet and Result report, Logistics ERP system) send to Mother Company (deadline 20th of next month)

- Report to Vietnam authorities: Department of Planning and Investment, ...

- Follow financial health, Cash flow forcast and make warning/suggest solution to Director.

* Daily

- Check Overseas payment request and submit to Director to sign

- Check, approve, revise (if any wrong) reports made from Accounting members

- Advise, repair any errors from Logistics ERP system with support from outsourcing IT team.

In some case, guide Company pic to input data with right way, suitable and explainable with ralated parties. Advise and cordinate with other team to find solution for hard-case.

- Follow and identify any risk from contract with Customers, vendors/suppliers, personal service...and suggest solution to Operation manager and Director

- Other orders from Operation manager and Director

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounting

- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Preferential experience with logistics software as Elsa, FMS, PILOS, ...

- Can use Vietnamese accounting software such as Misa...

- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior management.

- Can communicate with English
