Chief Accountant

- Manage full accounting cycle: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, month-end/year-end closing.

- Ensure accounting records and financial reports comply with VAS, tax regulations, and company policies.

- Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, payment documents, and tax filings.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and management reports.

- Handle tax compliance including VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT and work with tax authorities when needed.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost control, and financial analysis.

- Manage internal control, risk management, audit coordination, and compliance matters.

- Advise General Director and management team on accounting, tax, finance, and business-related matters.

- Lead and develop Accounting & Finance team members.

- Support process improvement, finance digitalization, and automation projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.

• Chief Accountant Certificate is required.

• Solid experience in general accounting and tax accounting.

• Candidates with experience as General Accountant in a small/medium-sized company and 1–2 years of tax accounting experience can be considered.

• Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax laws, and related regulations.

• Good English communication skills.

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, or multinational companies is preferred.

• Good management skills and ability to supervise accounting staff.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to improve current processes.
