We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to help shape the future of Martème by curating inspiring product assortments, building destination categories and creating shopping experiences that customers remember and return to.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute category strategies that drive sales growth, profitability and customer engagement

- Build customer-centric assortments across lifestyle, wellness, gifting, and everyday living categories

- Lead category planning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and performance optimization.

- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to strengthen Marteme's competitive advantage

- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance teams to bring category strategies to life

- Create destination categories and discovery-led retail experiences that support Marteme's premium brand proposition

- Coach and develop category team members while fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Economics, Commerce, Supply Chain or related fields

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, Buying, Retail, FMCG or related commercial functions

- Proven experience managing assortments, pricing, promotions, suppliers and category performance.

Capabilities

- Strong commercial and analytical mindset

- Deep understanding of customer behavior and category growth drivers

- Experience in assortment planning and portfolio management

- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

- Ability to balance commercial performance with customer experience and brand differentiation

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
