Cashier Officer

- Handle daily cash receipts and payments accurately and timely.
- Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash reports, and related documents.
- Manage reimbursement and employee expense claims.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team for payment processing and record keeping.
- Maintain and reconcile cash balance on a daily basis.
- Maintain proper accounting records by software and filing systems.
- Support bank transactions and document filing when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

- College or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related majors.
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar Cashier position.
- Experience in the manufacturing or garment/backpack industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cash management and accounting procedures.
- Careful, honest, responsible, active, and detail-oriented.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, software (ERP), especially Excel.
