C&B Consultant (HR Outsourcing Services)

JOB PURPOSES:
The C&B Consultant will be responsible for managing activities related to Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization for all internal employees.
This role will work closely with stakeholders and employees under closed supervision to provide services with high quality and in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Service Delivery:
Manage all activities related to employees, including but not limited to Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization
Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in working processes
Work closely with related teams to ensure that data is accurately integrated into the processing
2. Reporting:
Update regular reports as requested
3. Regulatory Compliance:
Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if being required)
4. Consultation & Support
Answer inquiries from stakeholders, employees in timely manner
Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law)
At least 2 years of working experience in CnB-related work (Payroll process, SHUI, PIT, Labor contract)
Strong skills of payroll process management, employment relationship management
Good knowledge of labor code & insurance law, personal income tax (PIT)
Good English communication
