Business Operations Manager - Ecommerce agency

Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic e-commerce consultancy and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Sales Planning: Develop business plans, revenue forecasts, and promotional strategies for monthly campaigns and Mega Sale events (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, etc.).
Operational Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Design, Performance Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth store management, including stock levels, asset production, and advertising.
Platform Partnership: Liaise and negotiate with Platform Category Managers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) for visibility packages, flash sale slots, and vouchers.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor store health metrics (CR, ROAS, Traffic) and deliver comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights to clients.
Yêu cầu:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or E-commerce operations (preferably from an Enabler or Agency background).
Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and internal marketing tools.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate numbers into growth strategies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and the ability to handle high-pressure environments during campaign seasons.
Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
