Business Operations Associate (HCM | Korean-English | Game)

- Support execution of key agendas led by the leadership team.
- Assist with operational and organizational management of Company.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Korea HQ and global teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and operational tasks.

- Experience in startup, IT, or gaming industries.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
- Experience working in a fast-changing environment.
- Required Languages:
- Fluent in both Korean and English communication (Verbal & Written).
- Required knowledge and skills:
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
