Giám Sát Sản Xuất - Đóng Gói (Packaging Production Supervisor)

- Production Operations & Logistics Coordination:
- Develop daily and shift production plans based on shipment schedules.
- Allocate resources between packaging lines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage packaging material inventory, issuance, and distribution to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient storage and container loading.
- Optimize container loading plans to maximize utilization.
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement:
- Implement Lean tools such as SOP standardization, line balancing, one-piece flow, and visual management.
- Lead efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Optimize packaging solutions and eliminate non-value-added operations.
- Introduce semi-automation equipment (carton sealers, strapping machines, etc.).
- Reduce order-to-shipment cycle time through value stream analysis.
- Quality Management & Damage Prevention:
- Establish and enforce packaging inspection standards.
- Ensure correct hardware components and compliant finished-goods packaging.
- Prevent transportation damage and minimize customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Cost Control & Packaging Material Optimization:
- Improve packaging material utilization and reduce unit packaging costs.
- Monitor usage of auxiliary materials (tape, stretch film, labels, etc.).
- Standardize and modularize packaging solutions to optimize procurement and inventory.
- Promote eco-friendly and simplified packaging designs.
- Team Management:
- Manage workforce planning, training, performance evaluation, and motivation systems.
- Develop multi-skilled operator training programs.
- Strengthen safety awareness and implement 6S management culture.
- Equipment & Tool Management:
- Oversee operation and preventive maintenance of packaging equipment.
- Optimize packaging fixtures and tooling designs.
- Introduce and manage portable electric tools to improve productivity.
- Safety, Environment & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, especially for heavy product handling.
- Ensure packaging materials meet environmental regulations.
- Ensure export packaging complies with international standards and customer requirements.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Read and understand customer packaging specifications.
- Prepare packaging performance reports.
- Coordinate closely with production planning, QA, warehouse, logistics, and export teams.
- Report regularly on efficiency, cost, quality, and shipment performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Required working experience
- Minimum 5 years of packaging workshop management experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with finished goods packaging (furniture, home appliances, electronics) and hardware accessories packaging.
- Experience in large-scale, export-oriented manufacturing environments preferred.
- Required qualifications
- College degree or above.
- Preferred majors: Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related fields.
- Required Languages:
- Basic English
- Required knowledge and skills
- Proven experience improving packaging efficiency using Lean or automation.
- Strong packaging cost control and material optimization experience.
- Knowledge of transportation testing standards (e.g., ISTA).
- Strong shop-floor leadership and execution capability.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Data-driven decision-making ability.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.
