Business Director (Korean)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy Development and Execution
   • Develop mid-to-long-term business strategies and annual business plans
   • Establish and manage business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
   • Develop strategies for new business opportunities and market expansion
   • Manage business portfolio and analyze performance
2. Sales and Business Development Management
   • Identify and develop new clients and business partners
   • Manage key clients and strategic alliance partners
   • Lead business proposals, contract negotiations, and agreements
   • Develop new services and business models
3. Revenue and Profit & Loss Management
   • Set and manage business division revenue targets
   • Analyze and improve profitability by business area
   • Develop and manage budgets
   • Identify and mitigate business risks
4. Organization Management
   • Oversee business division operations and workforce management
   • Conduct performance evaluations and develop talent within subordinate teams

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Korean nationality.
• Minimum 2  years of experience in the healthcare/medical industry.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
