Business Development Specialist (Export - Spanish Speaking)

Generate and qualify leads in Spanish-speaking markets (Latin America) via LinkedIn, ABiQ, and industry networks
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on sales opportunities
Identify potential projects, clients, and key stakeholders (contractors, consultants, developers)
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Act as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates
Support and participate in exhibitions, webinars, and client meetings
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, CSD, etc.) to support project execution
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales/market reports
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or Business-related fields
3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in construction, steel structures, or related industries
Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and good command of English
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking
Experience in export or international markets is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
