Business Development Lead (Financial Services)

Location: Vietnam

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience preferred

Strong candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience will also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development activities targeting banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers within the financial services industry.

Drive sales activities for IT consulting, digital transformation, core banking, and financial technology solutions.

Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to develop proposals, presentations, and commercial strategies.

Support market expansion initiatives and strategic partnerships within the financial services sector.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or consulting within the banking, insurance, or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of banking and insurance business processes.

Established network within the financial services industry is highly preferred.

Experience working with regional or multinational organizations is an advantage.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling banking platforms, insurance solutions, digital transformation services, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.

Experience covering Southeast Asian markets.

Fluent English communication skills.
