Business Development Executive

• Research and identify potential customer segments such as schools, educational systems, and English language centers.
• Analyze the needs, characteristics, and behaviors of each group to recommend tailored outreach strategies.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions, influential educators, and professional communities within the industry.
• Participate in organizing and proposing seminars, events, and professional groups to enhance brand visibility and expand networks.
• Support product demonstrations, training sessions, and implementation activities with clients to present the company’s offerings and key features in detail

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar role
• Have worked in the education sector, especially with schools or English language centers
• Demonstrate proficiency in English
• Possess strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Exhibit excellent organizational abilities, time-management, and relationship-management skills
• Are open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

• Income: 500 - 1,000 USD/month
• Probation period: 100% base salary, not tied to KPIs
