Mô tả công việc Business Development Executive

- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and business partners across Southern Vietnam.

- Approach potential customers, open new dealer accounts, and expand LG’s distribution network.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and partners to ensure long-term cooperation.

- Monitor market trends, selling prices, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities.

- Develop and execute action plans to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

- Work closely with team members and related departments to support sales activities and resolve business issues.

- Monitor account performance, track business results, and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.


Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering or related fields

- 2+ years of experience in B2C business, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or related industries.

- Proven ability to develop new customers/dealers, with strong skills in prospecting and account acquisition.

- Good understanding of the Southern Vietnam market and willingness to travel frequently for market visits and customer development.

- Strong market-sensing skills, with the ability to quickly identify market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and consumer needs.

- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in English.
