1. Corporate Brand Management

• Execute corporate branding plans and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.

• Manage corporate brand assets, templates, and key brand touchpoints.

• Coordinate with global/regional teams to ensure brand alignment.

2. Brand Communication & Experience

• Develop and execute local corporate branding IMCs, content, events, and internal branding initiatives.

• Align with HQ to execute and amplify global and regional branding campaigns & initiatives

• Ensure consistent and engaging brand experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.

• Collaborate with other functions to strengthen corporate image and employee engagement.

3. Project & Agency Management

• Manage creative agencies, production houses, and external partners to deliver branding projects.

• Manage creative briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications

• Over 5 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, corporate communications, or a related field.

• Experience in a multinational company or corporate environment is a plus.

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, corporate identity, and integrated communications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong creative thinking with good attention to detail.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant digital/creative tools.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
