Business Analyst (Lead)

• Lead requirement discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and business analysis activities
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional requirements
• Manage and maintain product backlogs, ensuring requirements are prioritised, traceable, and aligned with business goals
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and recommend solution options with clear trade-offs
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Architects, and Tech Leads to shape feasible and user-centric solutions
• Support clients in defining MVP scope, product roadmap, and business-driven KPIs
• Work closely with PMs and delivery teams on scope planning, estimation, and sprint execution
• Support Dev and QA teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing test scenarios, and supporting UAT activities
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, sprint reviews, demos, and project discussions in professional English
• Leverage AI tools to improve BA workflows, documentation quality, analysis efficiency, and team productivity

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 04 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development services or product delivery.
• Proven track record on at least 2–3 end-to-end projects of meaningful scope (not only maintenance or change requests).
• Experience working directly with international / English-speaking clients.
• Experience in multi-project environments or large accounts is strongly preferred.
• Working understanding of web and mobile architecture fundamentals.
• Comfortable with API and integration concepts (REST, webhooks, basic auth flows).
• Data modelling and workflow automation literacy.
•  AI tools: Practical, daily use of AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent) for BA work. 
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
