Business Analyst

• Research technology trends, market demands, customer needs, and similar products/services to propose ideas and solutions for improving and developing banking products and services.
• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, evaluation, and solution consulting for partners and banking business units.
• Implement solutions and banking service products in areas such as Payments/Money Transfer, Cards, Deposits, Loans, etc. on Digital Banking platforms for Retail and Corporate customers.
• Prepare business analysis documents, product design documents, user stories, and related materials.
• Participate in product/service testing and quality evaluation.
• Perform service quality control, measurement and reporting, and develop service improvement plans.
• Conduct user training and provide support for issues arising during product/service implementation.
• Prepare work reports to support project development and management reporting..

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance & Banking, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) in Banking & Finance, Fintech, or similar software projects.
• Strong understanding of Banking & Financial business processes and enterprise management.
• Familiar with banking operations including account management and customer identification, payments and money transfers, lending and borrowing, savings deposits, KYC/eKYC, investment/fund certificates, Loan Origination System (LOS), AML, electronic payments, and corporate banking.
• Good presentation and documentation skills, with experience in preparing User Stories, User Cases, SRS documents, etc.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English reading comprehension of technical documents; speaking and communication skills are preferred.
