BrSE (Lead)

• Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the development team
• Support requirement analysis, clarify specifications, and communicate with stakeholders
• Participate in design activities (Basic Design / Detailed Design) and documentation
• Coordinate project progress, track issues, and support on-time delivery
• Review deliverables (documents, test results, etc.) to ensure quality
• Support testing activities and handle issue clarification
• Participate in estimation or presales activities when needed

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as BrSE or similar role 
• Experience working with Japanese clients

Language Skills

• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (business communication)
• Able to communicate effectively in meetings and documentation
• English: basic working level

Skills & Knowledge

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (especially Waterfall / SI model)
• Experience in requirement analysis and system design (basic level or above)
• Experience in tracking progress and ensuring delivery quality
• Good communication and coordination skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience in enterprise or large-scale systems
• Experience with Japanese SI projects
• Experience in estimation or presales
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for work support
