• Communicate directly with Japanese clients to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements.
• Translate business and technical requirements between Japanese and Vietnamese/English teams.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of specifications.
• Review system design, source code, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with customer expectations.
• Provide training, mentoring, and technical reviews for team members.
• Support project planning, timeline estimation, and progress management.
• Monitor project quality and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in meetings with clients (daily/weekly) and prepare required documentation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must-have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of PHP development experience (PHP 開発経験 5 年以上).
• Practical experience with Java development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS development and cloud services (AWS 開発経験あり).
• Experience in training, mentoring, or reviewing team members (教育的レビュー経験あり).
• Japanese proficiency JLPT N2 or higher (日本語レベル N2 以上).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively handle issues.
• Language Requirements
• Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken) is a strong advantage.
