Bridge Hardware Engineer (Japanese/ Chinese Speaking) - Open for Fresher

As a Bridge Hardware Engineer (Japanese/Chinese Speaking), you will support Change Management activities for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) throughout the product lifecycle. Acting as a technical bridge between Japanese/ Chinese customers and Software/Mechanical &other validation teams, you will drive change requests, assess technical impacts, coordinate validation activities, and ensure successful implementation of product changes while maintaining quality, reliability, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding customer requirements

Hardware design analysis

Doing component level and product level compatibility analysis

Co-ordination of Product level EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) & Reliability testing

Interactions with plant for production related supports

Handling Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)

Coordination’s with Software, Mechanical and other validation teams

Mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics or related field.

0- 3 years of experience in board-level hardware design. Open for Fresher with good language and communication skills.

Knowledge in Electronic components and product design & life cycle management

Good knowledge in Analog, Digital circuits, Power Electronics design

Good at project coordination

Analytical thinking, good communication & teamwork

Language proficiency in English AND at least one of the following languages: Japanese or Chinese.

Nice-to-have

Hands on experience & good knowledge in Automotive Hardware domain

Knowledge in product production process

Experience in Reliability & EMC validation tests, Test plan & report preparation & Standards
