Brewing Technician (Vung Tau Brewery)

- Operate Brewing control system as brewery's production plan.

- Trouble shooting in assigned production area.

- Do quality check in process sample as sampling plan.

- Ensure all activities in shift must be recorded and reported to superiors. and to other operators of the next shift to follow.

- Implement the periodical cleaning in Brewing section to make sure maintaining the cleanliness of the in-charged areas.

- Measure, analyze samples and in-putting into the Qualass to make sure beer is produced according to the approved norms

- Monitor parameters of " First time right" process to maintain quality of beer.

- Perform as a substitute whenever there is absence of other technicians or lack of manpower.

- Liaise with supervisors of other sections for beer hand-over, maintenance or repair purposes to maintain production continuous.

- Work on shift (8 hours/shift)

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduate in Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering/ Biotechnology

- Prefer candidates who have 1-2 years of working experience in beer/beverage industry

- Basic technical knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)

- English communication and reading and comprehension technical English terms

- Good at computer skills (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel..),

- Careful, high disciplined awareness.

- Teamwork and learning agility
