Bim Manager - Fluent English

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a France-headquartered global engineering and technical services organization, delivering solutions across the construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors. The Vietnam team supports international projects and works closely with overseas clients and global teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead BIM delivery and coordination across Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines.

• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to Team Leaders and BIM Modelers.

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and digital content to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

• Create and manage Revit Templates and Family Libraries, following relevant international standards and classification systems.

• Coordinate with discipline leads to establish and maintain AutoCAD standards and templates.

• Work directly with international Project Managers and clients to understand project requirements and align BIM deliverables with expectations.

• Ensure BIM processes and project delivery are aligned with ISO 19650 and applicable international standards.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks using Dynamo or Python.

• Monitor project progress and deliverable quality, ensuring work is completed according to agreed standards and timelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 7+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 3 years in BIM Management or Lead BIM Coordinator roles.

• Strong proficiency in Revit across multiple disciplines and AutoCAD.

• Proven experience in developing Revit Templates, Families, and BIM content libraries.

• Solid knowledge of ISO 19650 and international BIM standards.

• Familiarity with OmniClass, UniClass, ISO 13567, or other international classification systems.

• Experience with Dynamo or Python for workflow automation is a strong advantage.

• Previous experience managing or leading BIM teams.

• Fluent English with strong communication skills, as the role involves direct collaboration with international Project Managers and clients.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

TEAM & PROJECT EXPOSURE

Lead a team of 10 BIM Modelers including 3 Team Leaders, reporting to the local Manager and working directly with international Project Managers in Spain and Germany, with potential opportunities for business trips to Germany.
