Bilingual English-Vietnamese Assistant (Operations & Client Coordination)

VietQC is a Western-led quality control inspection company based in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. We provide live video inspections for Western importers buying goods from Vietnamese factories — our clients watch and direct the inspection in real time from anywhere in the world.

We are building our team from the ground up and looking for a sharp, reliable

bilingual assistant to grow with us from day one.

What You Will Do:

- Research and build lists of potential international clients

- Handle outreach emails to Western buyers and importers

- Coordinate inspection appointments directly with Vietnamese factories

- Translate and communicate between English-speaking clients and Vietnamese factory contacts

- Support customer follow-up and client care

- General operations and admin support

Yêu cầu công việc

- Excellent English and Vietnamese — spoken and written (non-negotiable)

- 1-3 years experience in admin, coordination, sales support or customer service

- Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, LinkedIn and internet research

- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented

- Honest and reliable — we are a small team and trust matters

- Based in Ho Chi Minh City

- Experience in import/export, logistics or international business is an advantage but not required
