B2C Sales Assistant Manager

With dealers and market:

• Dealing with buyers, owners, sales person of master dealers.

• Build a strong and mature biz relationship with all functions of dealers specially buyers.

• Identifying and assessing a client’s critical needs.

• Identifying and developing short and long-term growth opportunities.

• Presenting business proposals to prospective clients.

• Hosting the meetings with clients.

• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.

• Being contact point to priority support customers’ needs or any issues under KA in charge.

• Build and manage AC sales rep team GTM, expanding distribution channel, taking care key sub dealer, increasing display and merchandising. Develop appropriate sub dealer program for AC biz

• Collecting and communicating customer requirements to all necessary departments.

• Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers and field team to find solutions and new growth opportunities.

• Networking with business partners and customers.

• Daily monitoring market trend and competitors’ activities then working with internal teams for counter measures, solution.

With internal teams:

• Building weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast and deliver sales target as aligned.

• Closely liaising and co-operating with the marketing team about campaigns to make sure timely and effectively.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of any marketing campaigns.

• High sense of responsibilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven experience as key account manager.

• Consumer electronics experience especially room air conditioner is plus.

• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on market requirement and market sensing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

• Good English skill.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
