B2B Sales Executive (Account Management Executive)

Promote and sell PE & PP products for film applications to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and coordinate with the Technical Service team to resolve technical issues.
Negotiate commercial terms, manage customer inquiries, and handle complaints professionally.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.
Collaborate with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Order Management, and Technical Service, to ensure excellent customer service.
Comply with company policies, HSE requirements, and perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other related disciplines.
At least 6 months of experience in B2B sales or sale support, account management of chemical, petrochemical, plastic resin, polymer, film, packaging materials, or related industrial products.
Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits.
