B2B Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and business-minded Business Marketing Executive to join our growing international team.

Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position focuses on supporting business growth through a combination of marketing, customer engagement, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with our technical, business development, and overseas teams to support enterprise projects, tenders, client presentations, and marketing initiatives across Vietnam and international markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning about technology, working with people, and developing a broad understanding of how enterprise B2B business is built.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Customer Support

• Support the preparation of customer presentations, proposals, and business materials.

• Assist in tender and bid submissions, including document preparation and coordination.

• Join customer meetings, workshops, exhibitions, or industry events when required.

• Coordinate follow-up actions between customers and internal teams.

Marketing

• Plan and execute B2B marketing activities to support business development objectives.

• Develop marketing collateral, brochures, case studies, presentations, and website content.

• Manage corporate social media channels and digital marketing content.

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and partner activities.

• Ensure marketing materials maintain consistent branding and messaging.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with technical, sales, and management teams to support ongoing business opportunities.

• Coordinate with overseas offices to support global marketing and commercial initiatives.

• Assist in internal project coordination related to customer engagements and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, business development/ support, project coordination, or a similar role.

• Outstanding fresh graduates with strong internship or extracurricular experience are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

• Strong presentation and business writing skills.

• Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

• Confident communicator with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and understand enterprise business solutions.

• Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (equivalent to HSK Level 4 or above) is preferred.
