Audit Manager

Role Summary
As an Audit Manager, you will work closely with colleagues from Singapore and Hanoi office and manage audit engagements across various industries. You will play a key role in leading audit teams, ensuring compliance with audit procedures, and providing valuable insights for clients. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills while gaining exposure to complex audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Engagement Delivery & Quality Control
• Manage full audit engagements, including planning, execution, reporting, clearance, completion, and finalization of audit files
• Ensure audits are completed on time in accordance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Client Management & Financial Oversight
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring expectations and deliverables are effectively handled
• Act as the key liaison between clients and the engagement team
• Support budgeting processes, including forecasting billings and ensuring timely collections
Team Leadership & Operational Management
• Assign roles and responsibilities to audit team members to ensure effective execution
• Supervise and support staff, addressing team needs and operational requirements

Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, or related field
• From 5 years of experience in the audit field
• Proficiency in group consolidated audits with a strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and fulfill commitments
• Good to excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly Desirable
• Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferable.
