Drafting & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate distribution agreements, including domestic and cross-border arrangements

• Draft and support negotiation of manufacturing and supplier agreements

• Review and advise on license agreements, including IP licensing and brand collaborations

Intellectual Property Support

• Review trademark search reports and provide risk-based recommendations

• Support brand protection strategies, including clearance, registration coordination, and...

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

• Lawyer Practicing Certificate is preferred.

• 3–5 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal team

• Experience drafting or reviewing commercial agreements, particularly distribution, manufacturing, or licensing contracts

• Exposure to intellectual property matters, including trademarks, is preferred.

• Fluent English (written and verbal)
