Tuyển dụng Assistant Manager, Agency Planning tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Conduct market intelligence on the Vietnam life insurance market.

- Study market practice on compensation schemes, recruitment strategies, campaigns, and sales activities

- Analyze industry trends and regulatory updates.

- Prepare market reports and strategic recommendations for management.

2. Agency Planning

- Develop and optimize bonus scheme for agency channel. Monitor and propose change to ensure the scheme is within approved budget and achieve the purpose of driving sales.

- Be in charge of planning for short-term and long term contests (contest, Incentives...) monthly/quarterly/yearly/ad-hoc for sales force to drive performance.

- Analyze, develop and implement innitatives to support sales process.

- Analyze sales trend and provide accurate sales forecasts. Identify gaps in sales pipelines (recruitment, sales activity) which stand in the way of achieving sales target, communicate these gaps to the appropriate teams responsible for execution.

- Sales contest budget management

3. Agency Performance Analytics

- Monitor Sales achievement, maintain information and insights of sales activities and performance metrics.

- Monitor cost, expense and effectiveness of initiatives such as Incentive, Bonus, Contest, Customer Campaigns.

- Work with different teams to define implementation plan for new strategies.

- Analyze sales performance for the development of sales plan and forecast.

4. Project and others

- Program management / Project management: New Business Model, sales tool projects.

- Take charge of projects of the department when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree with relevant majors, (ex: Finance – Banking, Insurance…). Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications.

- At least 5 years’ working experience as a same position for Life insurance company.

- Results-driven and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.

- Open-minded, pro-active, good agency business acumen.

- Capable of guiding and motoring in people development.

- Good collaboration & build relationship with business partners.

- Excellent communication & writing skills both in Vietnamese and English
