(Assistant) Finance Manager

The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations and Group policies. This role supports financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, treasury management, and provides financial insights to support business growth.

Scope of Work

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Prepare financial reports for Regional Headquarters and ensure timely month-end closing.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and treasury activities.

• Prepare and review tax declarations (VAT, CIT, FCT, import tax,..) and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, tax audits, and statutory reporting.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.

• Maintain effective internal controls and continuously improve finance processes.

• Manage and optimize MISA Accounting Software and ERP systems.

• Work closely with Regional Finance and other departments to support business operations.

• Lead and develop the Accounting team.

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Experience in FMCG, Trading, or Manufacturing is preferred.

• Experience with E-commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and Modern Trade (MT) is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in MISA Accounting Software and ERP systems.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate with Regional HQ and prepare reports in English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
