-At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and design management; client/owner-side experience is preferred.

-Experience in commercial/retail, high-rise residential, or hospitality developments.

-Strong knowledge of Vietnamese building codes (QCVN), building density regulations, 1/500 planning, and fire protection requirements.

-Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple design consultants while controlling quality, cost, and project schedules.
