[Kubo] Interior Design

• Coordinate the current status survey with the project team, create the current status drawings, and assess the site's feasibility in accordance with the Kubo concept.

• Research and creatively develop new concepts to enhance the brand's value (2D & 3D drawings for new concepts)

• Research children's and parents' experiences to continuously improve the space.

• Closely coordinate with the procurement team to search for new technologies and games in line with market trends for store design and renovation.

• Support the Merchandise team with design, product displays, and new product launches.

• Closely coordinate with the project team, main contractor, approve 3D, 2D drawings, sample materials, and supervise the design, provide support for issues arising during construction.

• Support the operations team with design and construction-related issues, ensuring product functionality for more efficient store operations.

• Assess the feasibility of the design, including cost risks, operational safety risks, and construction risks. Research and propose appropriate remedial measures.

Knowledge & experience:

- Creative, with strong design thinking in spatial composition, form, and color coordination.

- Have experience working with similar business models.

- Knowledge of safety standards for children's play areas.

- Proficient in 3D interior visualization software and post-rendering.

- Good 2D implementation is a plus; if not, training will be provided.

- Practical construction experience, with knowledge of MEP considered an advantage.

- Interested in researching and exploring new technologies, evaluating their feasibility in line with the design and customer experience.

- Understand and make decisions related to design and aesthetics in relevant meetings.

Education: Graduated in interior design or a field related to construction design.

Seniority: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Attitude: High responsibility, good teamwork spirit and high adaptability.

Languages: Good communication in English is an advantage.

Computers skills: Proficient in software such as 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Vray, Corona, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
