Application Engineer (Analytical Instruments)

Understand the theory and operating principles of assigned analytical instruments
Operate analytical instruments proficiently
Support product presentation, explanation, and technical consultation to customers
Understand different configurations and specifications of analytical instruments
Manage demo lab equipment and company assets
Provide training, guidance, and technical documentation
Support hands-on operation and practical application of analytical instruments
Yêu cầu:
Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or Physical Chemistry
Experience working in an analytical laboratory or in application support for analytical instruments is preferred
Knowledge of analytical instruments such as:
Thermal analysis (DSC, TGA)
Rheology instruments
XRF, XRD
Particle size analyzers
Other related analytical equipment
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical knowledge
Good presentation and customer communication skills
English: able to read technical documents and communicate
