Air Operation Staff

- Handle booking/document related to shipping activities by air for both import and export cargo
- Liaise with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking, debit note and other related document
- Track and tracing domestic trucks and cargo schedule
- Solve customers' inquiry timely and follow up working process
- Other task required by the superiors.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Air Forwarding/Logistics company
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: foreign trade, economics, international trade, transportation)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling air freight operations for actual customer (factories/manufacturers) preferred
- Familiarity with ELSA system or similar TMS/ERP tools
- Strong Excel skills (monthly volume data management, pivot table usage)
