Aftersales Service Planning Staff

1. Job Purpose:

Hino Motors Vietnam is seeking a highly organized and proactive After-Sales Planning & Promotion Staff to support after-sales initiatives across our dealer network. This role is responsible for service KPI analysis, aftersales project implementation, service marketing activities, and administrative support to enhance aftersales business performance and customer satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement after-sales marketing and promotion activities.

• Coordinate with dealers to organize campaigns and customer events.

• Prepare reports and monitor program results.

• Handle documents and payment processes for promotional activities.

• Support customer care activities, including safe driving events.

• Assist in dealer training and customer service improvement programs.

• Support after-sales projects and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service, marketing, event coordination, or related areas are encouraged to apply.

• Experience or strong interest in the automotive industry is an advantage.

• Good command of English (TOEIC 550+ or equivalent).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a dynamic working environment.
