Accounting & Tax Services Assistant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the team to provide high quality accounting and tax services to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:
- Perform accounting services for assigned clients, including monthly/quarterly bookkeeping and year-end financial statement preparation
- Prepare and file comprehensive tax declarations: VAT, PIT, and Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT)
- Keep in track reports submitted to local state agencies
- Understand and demonstrate professionalism and collaborative spirit in providing services with clients
- Strictly adhere to our risk management and independence policies
- Other tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Final year student or fresh graduate with Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business or other related majors
- Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures
- Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
- Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer-literacy skills
- Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
