Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5 accounting professionals
- Manage full-spectrum accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, costing, tax, GL, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reporting
- Monitor margins, cost centres, and operational performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS
- Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal controls
- Improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
- Strong hands-on accounting experience with end-to-end ownership
- Big 4 / audit-trained background preferred
- Proven experience leading accounting teams
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to complex costing and billing structures
- Hands-on experience with Oracle or NetSuite preferred
- Audit, tax, and compliance experience highly preferred
- Manufacturing and/or FMCG experience is a plus
