Section Head (Hematology, Coagulation, ELISA)

Job descriptions:
1. Manage and take responsibility for the work of their department.
2. Handle and take responsibility on QC/QA every day
3. Take responsibility and answer query for the results
4. Perform validation for deployment of new test and document them.
6. Manage all lab techs and their rotation duties and submit to Lab Manager
7. Supervise daily work of lab techs
8. Scheduling personals according to related tests, machine in each of the sections.
9. Reagents & Consumables management and monthly stock counting
10. Equipment's management
11. IQC/EQA performing/reporting
12. Reports on Finance & Accounting and Material Management roles in their department.
13. Building the department according to 5s criteria.
14. Minimum work experience of 5-7 years in lab 2. Basic understanding of iso 15189 and external
15. Accreditation process and its documentation and readiness to do the same.
16. Update ISO 15189 and 2429
Job requirements:
- University degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- At least 5-year experience working in lab management in medical laboratory, understand the principles of machine operation, have operated automated, semi-auto testing elisa system, prevention, and control of risks throughout the testing process
- Good communication (both in Vietnamese and English)
- Good MS Office skills
- Skills: dynamic, learning, teamwork
